This is a birthday card I made for my friend last week. I had to make sure she got it before I posted it here. I used the Dahlia technique for my flower using Stampin'Up Spring Fling designer paper and I also used the Love & Happiness Rubons from Sale A Bration for the stem and wording. It was done on Certainly Celery cardstock. You can look here for the instructions on the dahlia flower. You can use the circle punches, the coluzzle for bigger circles, or even the scallop punch.
