A little My Digital Studio

I wanted to share a couple of MDS layouts I created.  The first one was thanks to Cori Kozak who I CASED.  The 2nd was my own design for a chalkboard challenge on a MDS group with Kimberly Van Diepen and Heather Summers.  I liked how it turned out.

Don't you love how fast an MDS layout comes together?  Once I have an idea (the hard part), the layout goes together in minutes and if I don't love it, i just hit delete and start over, no wasted paper or glue!  There is a whole website for MDS www.mydigitalstudio.net where you can find weekly downloads to add to your collection and samples of layouts to get ideas from or CASE (like my first sample).

If you haven't purchased MDS yet, you SHOULD!  It is the best $19.95 you will ever spend!  If you still like the embellishments to pop off the page more than they do, just make it a hybrid after it's printed and add some extra bling.  You can get MDS on my website HERE.

Thanks for stopping by!

MDS Cowboy

I created this layout in MDS today.  It is inspired by Heather Summer's layout here.  I love MDS and wish I had more time to play with it.  I have A LOT of scrapping to do to catch up on 9 years worth of photos!  Gotta run....Happy creating.

The last of the MDS calendar

This November page was also one I submitted for the MDS contest, but with just pictures of my family (bottom left corner as well as some others from that same day)

This December page was CASEd from one that was posted on the MDS website.  Again, not sure who, but a very talented person.  Whoever you are, thanks.

This was a fun project and Grandma loved it!  Thanks to all my extended family for all your help getting the pictures.

MDS Calendar

This page was a premade page that was already included in MDS.

This page was CASEd fom Heather Summers.  She is so talented!

A few more MDS calendar pages

Here are a few more pages of my Grandma's calendar.  MDS is so much fun.  I love that I can create my own layouts, or I have the option of using some layouts that were already created like this one.

MDS has an awesome selection of downloads available that gives such a fun variety.  When I started making calendars for my mom and MIL for Christmas about 4 years ago I was printing doubles of photos, buying double paper and embellishments.  It got a bit pricey, not to mention having to do it all 2 times.  Now, with MDS I can just create the layouts I want and copy them from one to another and simply put in different photos if I need to.  I save money on all the supplies.

This page was CASEd from my sister who CASEd from someone, but I'm not sure who from.  Thanks for the great ideas though whoever you are.  If it was you, please let me know so credit can be given where credit is due.

MDS

This year for Christmas I gathered pictures from all my cousins and made my Grandma a calendar in MDS.  The first 2 pages were January and February in the calendar.

This last page was the layout I used in March on the calendar, but I put pictures of my baby to submit it for the MDS contest.

More MDS calendar pages.

I bet you are thinking I don't have anything else and that you will never see the end of the calendar huh? Well, I think this is it. :D Not too tot my own horn, but isn't the Turkey on November oh so cute?
